  We had my son's 4th birthday party here and everyone really enjoyed themselves. It was a stress free event and we were kept updated throughout the party as to what was going on. Charlotte was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be re-booking parties here in the future.

  Terrible booked table and ordered food having been told our food would be 45 mins. An hour later i told staff we were still waiting and my autistic son needed food as he was on the verge of a melt down. Told it would be prioritised and 30 mins later nothing. We stayed at premier in next doors and this really lets them down.

  5 stars for the place It's a good place for the kids to play
  
  -3 stars for the price in there and the toilets over £11 for three kids to get in £1.60 for jug of juice
  You would expect the toilets to be cleaned more than just once in the evening apparently with the nappy bin over flowing kids wee on the floor so ur feet stick to it and the smell omg and lastly the seat well u get the picture
  And it was a school day so not that busy so no excuse really
